SMOOTHIE BOWL πŸŒπŸ“

– 1 cup of mixed berries
– 1 Banana
– 1 cup of Oats
– 1 tbsp of chia seeds
– 3/4 cup of soy milk

Put all the ingredients in the blender and blend it!

PEANUT SAUCE NOODLES 🍜

– 5 tbsp of peanut butter
– 2 tbsp of Soy sauce
– Half Lime
– 1 tbsp of Brown sugar
– 2 Garlic clove
– 1/2 chili
– Ginger
– 1/3 cup of water
– 1 cup of Tofu
– 1 Onion
– 2 Mushrooms
– 1 Bell Pepper
– 1 1/2 cups of cooked noodles

Cook the noodles in boiling water for 10 minutes
Cut the tofu in small pieces and cook it at medium heat until golden.
Meanwhile, for the sauce, add peanut butter, soy sauce, the juice of
half lime, brown sugar, 1 garlic clove, chili, ginger and water to a blender and mix it.
When the tofu is done, save it for later and cook in a wok the vegetables for 5-10 minutes. Add the tofu, noodles and the sauce and mix it.

RED PEPPER HUMMUS SALAD πŸ₯—πŸŒΆ

– 1 cup of cooked chickpeas
– 1 tbsp of Tahini
– 1 roasted pepper
– 1 Garlic clove
– Salt
– Cumin
– Pepper
– Half Lemon

Place all the ingredients in a blender and mix it. Prepare your favourite salad and season it with this delicious hummus!!
