INGREDIENTS:

#1 Monday’s Müsli Bowl

(eyeballed all the ingredients)

about ½ cup crunchy granola*
small cut oats about ⅓ cup
handful of coconut flakes
handful of walnuts
handful of raspberries
1 tsp agave syrup
oat milk

#1 Basic Nice Cream with Cinnamon Apples and Cereal

~3 frozen bananas
a splash of non dairy milk

cinnamon apples:

1 apple
½ tsp cinnamon
1 tbsp lemon juice
~ 3 tbsp water

toppings: cereal, hemp seeds

#2 Cozy Millet Porridge

1 cup millet, cooked (~170g)
1-2 tsp flax seeds, semi ground
a pinch of salt
1 tsp vanilla
a handful of raisins
1-2 tsp agave
¾ cup non dairy milk (180ml), more if needed
